PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts or use common parts for a driver circuit included in an arrangement consisting of an electromagnetic mechanism and a rate-of-flow control mechanism by connecting a surge absorbing diode between terminals of the electromagnetic mechanism, and covering it with a protection tube made of glass fiber. CONSTITUTION:In an idle rotation control device 15 installed on a bypass passage 5 to detour by a throttle valve 4 of a throttle chamber 6, a core 18 and a plunger 19 are arranged in the center of a cylindrical coil 17, and an electromagnetic mechanism 20 is provided in which current is supplied to this coil 17 through a pair of terminals 31. On the way a rate-of-flow control mechanism 27 is equipped, which consists of a body 22 having a fluid passage 21, which are fitted with a pair of seats 23, 24, and gauge valves 25, 26 which can seat themselves on these seats 23, 24. Here a diode for absorbing surges is connected between the terminals 31 of the electromagnetic mechanism 20 and covered with a protection tube 29 made of glass fiber. |
