<p>PURPOSE:To improve the cleaning treatment rate of waste water by providing a sludge feed pipe for supplying the sludge in which the organisms metabolites contg. the compds. having phenol and/or phenol exposed groups are thickened by culturing in a sludge culture tank near to the waste water inflow port of a reaction aeration tank. CONSTITUTION:The organism metabolites contg. the phenol or the humus precursor materials are packed in a packed bed 20 of the reaction aeration tank 19. The intermediate treated water from the reaction aeration tank 19 flows into the packed bed in a reaction filter tank 30. The treated water which comes into contact with the broken stones in which activated sililic acid components of andecitic, rhyolitic and other types are included and which are packed in the packed bed is discharged from the discharge port of the reaction filter tank 30. On the other hand, the sludge settled in the reaction aeration tank 19 flows into the packed bed of the sludge culture tank 35. The sludge which comes into contact with the organisms metabolites contg. the phenol or the humus precursor materials packed in this packed bed is supplied through a sludge feed pipe 40 in the sludge culture tank 35 near to the waste water inflow port 14 of the reaction aeration tank 19.</p> |
