<p>PURPOSE:To form a metallized layer on a ceramic substrate by printing ink composition in a fine thick film pattern on the substrate, irradiating it with an ultraviolet ray, and baking it. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic substrate is coated with ink composition which contains as main ingredients 75-95wt.% of tungsten powder having 1.0-2.8mum of mean particle size and 5-25wt.% of ultraviolet curable resin varnish, or printed, irradiated with an ultraviolet ray immediately after the printing, and the shape immediately after the printing is maintained. Then, it is baked at 1350-1600 deg.C in a reducing atmosphere, thereby forming a tungsten conductor layer. The ink composition contains 0.5-5wt.% of sole glass frit or mixture of the glass frit and low melting point metal. The varnish contains 0.04-1.50 moles of methacryloyl group. Thus, a metallized layer is formed on the substrate.</p> |
