MANUFACTURE OF FLANGED PIPE

PURPOSE:To prepare a flanged pipe having airtightness by a method wherein the end of a curved pipe body is inserted into a through-hole of a flange part, and the end is heat fusion bonded. CONSTITUTION:An end 26 of a curved pipe body 23 is inserted in a through-hole 32 of a flange part 31. The end 26 of the curved pipe body 23 is thermally deformed with a heating core 39 mounted slidably on a slide core 37, and is heat fusion bonded on the rear of a flange part 31 to obtain a flanged pipe. In the above process, a flanged pipe having a sufficient airtightness can be obtained.
