PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device and shorten a time required for making a power source, by connecting a rush current detector for detecting rush current and discriminating that the total current value of loads does not exceed a set value, to a power bus line common to the respective loads, and by inlining the output state of the detector as the progressive condition of working for making breaker sequence. CONSTITUTION:When the time change rate of input current comes to a constant value or more, then by a rush current detector 3, it is discriminated that the value shows rush current, and output contact is closed, and when In=0 at a time tn, then it is discriminated that a rush current period lapses. Besides, the load current of respective loads 71-7N is added in total to be stored, and when it is discriminated that its value is a set value computed previously from the current capacity of an uninterruptible power source 1, or less, then the output contact is opened. Then, by the rush current detector 3, the energizing timing of a breaker to be made at a following step is determined, and working for the sequence making of the whole breakers 61-6N proceeds. |
