<p>PURPOSE:To accelerate the fermentation of methane and the settling property of sludge to shorten time for a methane fermentation treatment by adding a biomass decomposable enzyme agent such as starch decomposition enzyme agent to the residual liquid of distillation such as liquors thereby effecting the methane fermentation. CONSTITUTION:The biomass decomposable enzyme agent such as starch decomposition enzyme agent or vegetable tissue decaying enzyme agent is added to the residual liquid of distillation such as liquors to effect the methane fermentation. The starch decomposition enzyme agent originating from aspergillosis is more adequate. Limit dextrin, cellooligosaccharide, etc., are converted to the glucose which is easily metabolized by microorganism such as methane bacteria as a result of the addition of the biomass decomposable enzyme agent such as starch decomposition enzyme agent or vegetable tissue decaying enzyme agent and, therefore, the methane fermentation is accelerated. The time for the methane fermentation is shortened by the improved flowability of the methane fermentation liquid coupled with the effect of improving the settling property of the sludge, etc.</p> |
