PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity exchanger which can exchange humidity in high efficiency.SOLUTION: A humidity exchanger includes: a first porous film which can adsorb steam; a second porous film which is disposed so as to separate from the first porous film and which can adsorb steam; an air layer which is formed between the first porous film and the second porous film; and a gas supply part which supplies first gas containing steam to be eliminated, to the side opposite to a side facing the air layer of the first porous film, and also supplies second gas so as to receive steam to be eliminated to the side opposite to a side facing the air layer of the second porous film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
