PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk top panel which can easily prevent a positional deviation between adjacent desk top panels by using a connection member and can easily and reliably store the connection member in no-use time, and to provide a desk and a connection structure of the desk top panel.SOLUTION: The desk top panel includes: a plate-shaped panel body erected from an upper face of a desk top plate and formed with a first penetration part (recess part) 74 recessed from a side edge face toward an inner side; and a connection material 8 inserted into the first penetration part 74. The first penetration part 74 can be fitted with the connection material 8 in a first posture in which the connection material is stored as a whole in the first penetration part 74. The first penetration part 74 can be fitted with plural connection materials 8 in a second posture in which one part of the connection material is stored in the first penetration part 74 and the other part protrudes from the side edge face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
