<p>PURPOSE:To enable continuous dehumidification by combining a gas permeation membrane having hydrophobic fine pores not larger than 0.1mum with a moisture absorptive solute and allowing the moisture absorptive solute to absorb water from the high-humidity gas and discharging the water to the low-humidity gas via the gas permeation membrane. CONSTITUTION:A gas permeation membrane 1 having hydrophobic narrow pores not larger than 0.1mum is formed by joining fine granules such as carbon black to a high molecular compd. such as polytetrafluoroethylene and a moisture absorption solute 2 such as LiCl is introduced between two sheets of gas permeation membranes 1 and thereby water is absorbed from high-humidity gas and allowed to be permeated through the membrane 1 to the low-humidity gas side and discharged. By such a way, dehumidification can be continuously performed.</p> |
