PURPOSE:To prevent a dynamic film from being formed and stuck on the inner surface of a filter membrane cylinder and to enable it to be peeled and to prevent filtration efficiency from being lowered by providing both a central cylinder having injection holes and a member for regulating the flow of liquid to be treated to the inside of the filter membrane cylinder and injecting the liquid to be treated onto the inner surface of the filter membrane cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 10, a filter membrane cylinder 12 formed with porous material such as ceramic and a central cylinder 14 are coaxially arranged and respective both ends of the each cylinder are mutually joined with long bolts 20, 20 and pinched between end plates 16, 18. A baffle plate 26 used as a regulating member is fitted to the inside of a discharge hole 24 side of the central cylinder 14 and many injection holes 28 which perforate the central cylinder 14 in the radius direction are provided to a feed hole 22 side. Liquid to be treated which is pressurized and introduced into the central cylinder 14 through the feed hole 22 is regulated in its flow with the baffle plate 26 and it is injected toward the inner surface of the cylinder 12 through the injection holes 28. The treated liquid which has been allowed to permeated through the filter membrane cylinder 12 and filtered is taken out through an outflow hole 32 and the liquid allowed to be unpermeated through the filter membrane cylinder 12 is discharged from a discharge hole 24 via recovery ports 30. |
