PURPOSE:To stably keep the tension of a linear material pulled out of a bobbin and to prevent the wire from being broken by controlling the driving force or the braking force from the outside by an equipment wherein bobbins are fitted coaxially on a static shaft and a flier is rotated around the shaft. CONSTITUTION:The bobbins 13A which rotate centering the static shaft 11 are fitted to it and the flier 15 which rotates around the bobbins are fitted. The linear material 39 is pulled by the rotation of the flier 15 out of the bobbins 13A, etc., enters an stranding mouthpiece 47 to be stranded around the external circumference of a core wire. A transmission shaft 53A, etc., are inserted corresponding to these bobbins from one end of the static shaft 11 into the static shaft 11, and this transmission shaft 53A, etc., and the corresponding bobbin are connected through a rotating transmission member. A rotating transmission member is fitted to the external end of this transmission shaft 53A, etc., and connected with a torque motor 67A, etc. Hereby, the driving force and brake force of the bobbin are controlled from the outside and the tension added to the linear material 39 is kept to a nice level and breaking of wire and excessive tension can be removed. |
