Copper alloy having enhanced strength, conductivity and corrosion resistivity is formed by mixing 9-10 wt.% Ni, 0.5-1.5 wt.% Sn, 0.1- 2.0 wt.% Si and the balance Cu; casting the mixture; hot forging the casting at 850 deg.C; cold rolling; annealing at 700 deg.C for 30 minutes; and cold rolling. The cold rolling and annealing steps are repeated, the second annealing being at 700 deg.C for 20 minutes, the third annealing being at 700 deg.C for 4 hours.
