<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a gelled molding which prevents a covering material from penetration of air, and has stable buffering and damping properties, by filling a stock solution of a gelled material in a hoselike covering material by a specific pouring method. CONSTITUTION:A stock solution A of a gelled material is fed to a pressure feeding means (a screw conveyor 3). While a hoselike covering material 9 is being sent out from a nozzle 4 on the discharge side of the pressure feeding means, the stock solution A is filled there. When the stock solution A is filled out, the hoselike covering material 9 becomes a barlike body B, which is sent out forward. The barlike body B is heated at a heating section 6 to harder the stock solution A. Thus a thick damping molding having no air-inclusion may be obtained.</p> |
