PURPOSE:To decrease a system generating work quantity and a working time with user light by being equipped with a means to input a user environment and a means to set the user environment. CONSTITUTION:A user environment input means 4 is activated from a terminal 2 by other computer system 3, system generating information to designate the user environment such as the action environment of a user computer system 7 is inputted based on specifications 1, and stored into a storing medium 5. Next, an operating system presented from a maker is stored from a release object 6 into a user system disk 8 of the user computer system 7 by the system 7. Next, a user environment setting means 9 is activated from a terminal 10, the system generating information stored in the user environment storing medium 5 is reflected in the operation system stored into the disk 8, and the operation system suitable for the computer system 7 of the user is generated. With this constitution, the system generating work with user light is made easier.
