PURPOSE: To obtain a galenical form containingβ-2-mimetics in a solid carrier, more quickly exhibiting bronchodilation activity and its maximum effect and capable of perlingually and sublingually administrating. CONSTITUTION: Betha-2-mimetics is dissolved in a solvent such as ethyl alcohol to afford a mother solution. When diluting the mother solution, solvent amount is constantly retained in order to wholly make impregnation uniform. Then, the mother solution is impregnated into a solid carrier by using a propellant and forced drying air is passed through the mother solution and the impregnated solid carrier is dried at <=30 deg.C. Then, coating (coat-formed) type protecting and impregnating operation is carried out to provide the objective material. Salbutamol which may be freeze-dried is preferably used as theβ-2-mimetics and impregnation is preferably carried out under nitrogen atmosphere.
