LINEAR MOTOR CONTROLLER FOR PICK-UP DRIVING

PURPOSE:To make it possible to move a pick-up to a required position quickly and precisely by switching and controlling the value of feedback coefficient of a velocity feedback system in proportion to the operating mode. CONSTITUTION:The driving voltage outputted from a driving voltage generation circuit is supplied to a moving coil 16 of a linear motor through a voltage- current conversion section 30. A series connection circuit of resistance R2 and R3 is connected in parallel with a series connection circuit of the moving coil 16 and resistance R1 to form a resistance bridge circuit. An operating amplifier 31 takes out a voltage proportionate to the moving velocity of the moving coil 16 from the output of the resistance bridge circuit, and the negative feedback to a driving section is made. The gain of the operating amplifier 31 is switched and controlled in proportion to the operation mode carried out by a processor of a system controller.
