PURPOSE:To set up and fix the oscillation position of an oscillation board stably by increasing/decreasing a command signal for setting an oscillation position as an exponential function. CONSTITUTION:Since a relay 21 is off in a steady state, input current flowing into a photocoupler 24 is zero. If the amplification factor K at the time is set up to ''1'', a signal eb from a position setter 10 is made equal to a commmand signal e0 from a signal processor 11, so that the oscillation board 1 is held at a position corresponding to the signal from the signal processor 11. At the fixing of the oscillation board 1, the relay 21 is turned on and the input current ep of a photocoupler 24 is increased logically as an exponential function, so that the impedance Zp of the photocoupler 24 is decreased in accordance with the increment of the input current and the amplification factor of an operational amplifier 25 is also reduced down to zero. Consequently, the command signal e0 from the signal processor 11 is attenuated like the exponential function and the oscillation board 1 can be fixed stably. |
