<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesiveness of fine fragments, by laminating a non- foaming synthetic resin layer over the whole surface of the base material, by coating it with a paste coat of foaming synthetic resin in an arbitrary pattern, and by sprinkling and adhering fine fragments of synthetic resin to this part for drying foaming process. CONSTITUTION:A non-foaming synthetic resin layer 2 is laminated on a base material 1 such as a flame-retardant paper for wall paper or incombustible paper. As required, the base material is printed and embossed, and a paste coat 3 of foaming synthetic resin in an arbitrary pattern is applied. Before it dries fine fragments 4 of synthetic resin are sprinkled and adhered to the coat layer. After fine fragments 4 sprinkled on the part except coat 3 and those sprinkled on the coat double and treble and not adhered are sucked and shaked off, the cook is introduced into drying and foaming furnaces to dry the paste coat 3, and then to expand it in foaming. This process provides the same effect as the case of imparting elasticity and recovery one to fine fragments and permits no peeling of them.</p> |
