PURPOSE:To realize a stable supply of ink to nozzles by heating ink by heating elements to spray bubbling ink through the nozzles. CONSTITUTION:Ink 6 is delivered from an ink supply 5 to pores 2 in a porous member 1 through the porous member by capillary action. The ink 6 in the nozzles bubbles over when heating elements 4 become hot. After that, the nozzles are refilled with ink, in the same manner, for the next recording. |
