PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction due to noise of an input circuit by supplying a power voltage or a ground voltage to an input circuit from one or both the power terminal and the ground terminal via a CR time constant circuit. CONSTITUTION:If noise is given to a ground terminal G, since the noise is smoothed by a circuit 22, a peak of the noise generated in a ground line G1 of the input circuit 20 is decreased more than the peak of the noise given to the ground terminal G. Since the peak of noise generated in the ground line G1 is changed by a capacitor CG and a resistor RG, the resistor RG and the capacitor CG are selected in response to the permissible noise peak and input time to suppress the potential rise in the ground line G1 due to noise in a range where the FETN1 is not conductive. As a result, the output O1 keeps a high level and the output O2 goes to a low level thereby preventing malfunction. |
