发明名称 INK-JET PRINTER
摘要
PURPOSE:To cause recording ink to foam through electrolysis to protect electrodes from damage by recording in such a manner that a drive means is actuated to move a conductive fluid along the axis of a thin tube so as to produce a jet of the ink. CONSTITUTION:A conductive fluid 4 is placed between a pair of magnet 1, and a magnetic field penetrates the conductive fluid 4. The fluid 4 is sandwiched between a pair of magnets 2 provided along an axis perpendicular to the magnetic field. When a current depending on recording information is supplied between the electrodes 2, the conductive fluid 4 receives a force perpendicular to both field and current directions. That is, the force is toward A or B. If the current creates a force toward A, then the conductive fluid 4 moves toward A to extrude recording ink through a nozzle. When the current is reversed thereafter, the fluid receives a force toward B and returns to the original position.
