<p>PURPOSE:To automatically perform inert gas replacement by switching each solenoid valve by use of the signals from a solenoid valve controlling circuit having a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:The output signals from an inner and outer dew point sensor change-over switch 4 and dew point detection amplifying circuit 21 to which a dew point setting change-over switch 5 is connected and gas test button switch are input in a solenoid valve controlling circuit 15 having a microcomputer, and switching of respective solenoid valves 14, 25 and 31 is controlled by use of the output signals from the solenoid valve controlling circuit 15. This makes it possible to perform automatic and smooth inert gas replacement for a purge object device.</p> |
