PURPOSE: To provide hot fried food automatically by providing a volume distribution means for uncooked food chips contained at a low temperature, a cook means frying the food chips, a volume measurement distribution means for cooked food chips and a means controlling the operation of a food distribution means. CONSTITUTION: When the user visits the machine 10 and deposits coins for one cup of French fries to a coin deposit 96, the control of a control system 104 is started. The control system 104 gives an instruction to a package/cup distributer 98 to activate a mechanism to drip one cup to a holder. The control system 104 gives an instruction to a heat element to set a temperature of a cook oil to nearly 190 deg.C. Furthermore, chips measured by a volume measurement distributer are fed to a cage 80 at a reference position. When the oil is kept at a prescribed temperature, the cage 80 is fed to a position at which fries are made and kept at the position for a prescribed temperature. Then the cage 80 is moved to a distribution position, the cooked chips enter shoots 88, 94 and a package or a cup under the gravity. Thus, the package is extracted from a reception port 100 for take-out. |
