DOCUMENT READ-OUT COLLATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To realize the read-out collation of documents only for a desired part by discriminating the types of characters from the document character string codes and at the same time converting the character string codes into voices via a voice synthesizing part. CONSTITUTION:A character type deciding part 2 discriminates the character types from the document character string codes read out of a document file 1. Then the part 2 supplies only the character codes corresponding to numeric characters to a voice synthesizing part 3 when the numeric characters are set. The part 3 converts the numeric characters corresponding to the input codes into voices for output. In such a way, the read-out collation of documents is carried out only for a desired part of the documents.
