<p>PURPOSE:To surely open and close a valve by forming a valve seat portion like a substantially spherical concave, forming a designated number of fluid passages, forming the surface of a valve main body that confronts with the valve seat portion to be substantially spherical, and making one of the valve seat portion and the valve main body using hard elastic material. CONSTITUTION:A valve seat 8 has a valve seat portion 18 formed like a substantially spherical concave 19, and has a lot of fluid passages 20 bored in the axial direction. A valve main body 9 is formed spherical and the diameter of the valve main body is set equal to that of the concave 19 or a little larger than that. Either the valve seat 8 or the valve main body 9 is made of hard elastic material such as hard rubber or the like. In this arrangement, solid matter flowing below the valve seat is removed, and even if solid matter is caught between the valve seat and the valve main body, opening and closing of the valve will not be obstructed.</p> |
