The present invention provides an assembly for a bone plate and an assembling method for the same. The assembly for the bone plate, used for reinforcing a fractured bone, includes: a bone plate having a plurality of through holes formed thereon and having a panel shape; and a screw having a head part reciprocally formed of a protruding portion and a dented portion, and engaged with the through hole through a reverse spin or a normal spin, wherein an inner wall of a first region at an entrance of the through hole has a locking means having a plurality of dented latch grooves formed thereon so as to correspond to the protruding portion of the head part. Accordingly, the bone screw is prevented from easily deviating out of the bone plate, after the bone screw is engaged with the bone plate at a preset angle. |
