Disclosed is a motor having a novel ground structure, capable of improving durability of the motor by preventing an electrical erosion of a bearing. The motor having the novel ground structure according to the present invention includes: a motor housing including a stator core having a plurality of teeth therein and an upper insulator and a lower insulator for covering an upper part and a lower part of the stator core, respectively, and having an inner space where the upper part thereof is opened; a rotor positioned at the inner space of the motor housing to rotate; a shaft coupled to a central part of the rotor to rotate together with the rotor; an end cover coupled to an upper part of the inner space; and a ground terminal for electrically connecting the end cover and the teeth of the stator core. |
