PURPOSE:To eliminate a need of a separately provided shield plate to reduce the cost by bending a part of a disk-shaped stator substrate, which supports annular exciting coils of first-third phases constituting a rotary head, upward along the head and giving a magnetic shield effect to it. CONSTITUTION:When a stator substrate 9, a lower cylinder 6, and an upper cylinder 7 are provided through a revolving shaft 8 to constitute a rotary head type magnetic recording and reproducing device, a projecting part 9a is provided on a part of the stator substrate 9 and is bent at right angles along the head, and its front end is used and a connector 11 is attached there. Plural sets of exciting coils 12-14 of first-third phases which pierce cylinders 6 and 7 are buried in these cylinders. Since noise is generated in an audio head 4 sliding on a magnetic tape wound around cylinders by the leaked magnetic flux of these coils, said projecting part 9a is provided on the side nearer to the head 4 to intercept the magnetic flux and its influence is avoided with the simple structure. |
