Provided is a real estate information providing service system comprising: a communication unit which receives real estate information and user information from a user terminal; and a control unit which acquires registration information of a target real estate from a real estate registration server by using the received real estate information. The control unit computes the probability of completion on a request of registration after the request is received from a third person. Also, the control unit transmits the computed probability and information about the request of registration to the user terminal. |
