PURPOSE:To suppress vibration on a shaft rapidly and to make it possible to isolate vibration in high accuracy by combining a shaft attaching body and an inertia body together through equipping with gel-like substance which is dispersed with particulates of ferroelectric ceramics in silicone resin which is made to be in penetration number 50-200, into gaps between projected faces of said two bodies. CONSTITUTION:A shaft attaching body 1 and an inertia body 2 are combined together through equipping with gel-like substance 3 dispersed with particulates of ferroelectric ceramics in silicone resin made to be in penetration number 50-200 into gaps between projected faces 131, 231. As a result of that, vibration generated on the shaft side brings deformation of the gel-like substance 3, but the deformation generates resistance in proportion to velocity difference between the shaft attaching body 1 and the inertia body 2 and restoring force due to annular difference for absorbing vibration energy to suppress vibration rapidly. While, deformation of the gel-like substance 3 itself can also be taken out as electric signal. therefore the signal can also be fed back to drive circuit, so vibration can be isolated in higher accuracy. |
