PURPOSE:To individually take out desired objects to be retrieved with simple and speedy operations by attaching a display device to each object to externally display digital signals when they are received from an oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A receiving device 18 consisting of a receiver 3 and a LED 5 is provided on a side face 16 of a file 6 storing a medical charge 4 to be retrieved. In case only the file 6 storing the chart 4 of Mr. A, for example, is taken out of a shelf 7, the relevant chart 4 is selected by a computer main body 1 and the digital signal corresponding to a proper address of Mr. A is transmitted to an oscillator 2. Thus only the receiver 3 for the chart 4 of Mr. A that stores the proper address of Mr. A receives the digital signal and gives an answer. At the same time, the LED 5 is turned on. Thus it is possible to easily know the position of the file 6 storing the chart 4 of Mr. A from an ON state of the LED 5. |
