PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to grasp a subject which brings a distinctive change in the contribution number.SOLUTION: A selecting part selects a phrase from a sentence posted for each unit time. A detecting part detects unit time of a posted sentence in which the number of contribution has a predetermined time change characteristic.
