PROCESS FOR PRODUCING DIARYLAMINE ANTIOXIDANTS IN GLOBULAR FORM

Globular diarylamine antioxidants are prepd. by a molten antioxidant to an aq. soln. of an amphoteric, cationic, anionic or nonionic surfactant, stirring the mixt. and solidifying the antioxidant by cooling. The molten antioxidant is pref. Nisopropyl-N'-phenyl-P- phenylenediamine of N-1,3-dime-thylbutyl-N'phenyl-p-phenylendiamine. The globula antioxidants, having a grain dia. of 1-6mm, have an excellent fluidity and crumble resistance.
