The device feeds rice dough through between rollers (7-1, 7-2) to press the dough into flat plate and deliver it on a V-form conveyor belt for receiving sweet jam like red bean or sweet potato jam. which is supplied from a feed hopper (1) by a screw (2) through holes (6-1) provided in a rotary plate (6) installed above the velt. The dough plate with a jam drop furnished moves forward to be wrapped and cut by cutters (12,13) respectively having crescent shaped blades (12-1, 13-1) rotating in engagement with each other to give the final cake onto another conveyor (14) and scraps onto a belt (15) at right angle to the (14).
