PURPOSE:To secure such a pattern that is homogeneous and highly accurate after burning the pattern at a specified temperature at each substrate in an oxidizing atmosphere by using an ionic constituent containing powder of an oxide consisting of plural specific elements and thereby printing the specified pattern on each substrate by means of planographic printing, a letterpress or intaglio printing processes. CONSTITUTION:When a superconductive material suitable for a magnet coil material for a fusion reactor, a magnet dynamic generator, a magnetic levitation train, etc., is manufactured, such an ionic constituent that contains powder of an oxide consisting of at least alpha, beta and gamma elements among powder of a com pound consisting of alpha, beta, gamma and delta elements at a specified rate, is prepared for. Using this constituent, a desired pattern is printed on a substrate by means of planographic printing and letterpress or intaglio printing processes. After printing this pattern, the printing pattern is burned at a temperature of 700-1000 deg.C at each substrate in an oxidizing atmosphere. This alpha is set to Cu, beta to Y, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb or Lu, and gamma to Ba as well as delta to Ag, respectively. |
