The IC for providing horizontal, vertical and mixed signals simultaneously from mixed video signal comprises an inverter (1) for inverting the phase of input video signal, a horizontal synch. filter cct. (2) for removing high freq. signal, a horizontal synch. signal separation cct. (3) from (2), a horizontal synch. signal output cct. (4) for providing the output signal with proper level, a vertical synch. filter cct. (5) for selecting the vertical synch. signal and removing the noise signal, a generator (7) for providing comparation voltage, and a comparator (8) for comparing the output of (7) and the separated vertical synch. signal.
