The invention relates to crown and bridgework prostheses of the adhesively bonded type, comprising one or more metalloceramic prosthetic teeth 3 joined to the rest of the denture 5, 6 by means of at least one metal holding fin 1 or 2. This dental prosthesis is characterised in that it is obtained by implementing a method consisting in internally or externally covering each holding fin with a film of ceramic, so as to eliminate any metal/saliva contact and to improve the performance of the adhesive bonding. <IMAGE>
