PURPOSE:To reduce the distortion of a signal waveform caused by stray capacitance by arranging an earth line having times at maximum and the same width at minimum as the signal line width on the surface of a dielectric base onto a rear face of the dielectric base so that both center line axes are matched thereby limiting the range of the earth line width. CONSTITUTION:As a dielectric base 2, an aluminum dielectric base having 9.3 in dielectric constant and 0.6mm in thickness is used. The width of a power supply bias line 3 is 1mm and a square of 1cm in each size is formed to one tip to allow a chip capacitor to be soldered with the earth line 51. The width of the signal line 4 is 0.6mm. The width of the earth line 52 is 1.1mm. The characteristic impedance of the signal line and the earth line 52 is designed to be 50ohms. As a result, the stray capacitance of the microstrip line is reduced by 30%. |
