The invention relates to a lightweight rigid structure intended for producing three-dimensional elements, panels. The rigid structure according to the invention is particularly noteworthy in that it is made up of a cellular metal element 1 which comprises at least one cellular metal sheet of very small thickness and whose face is covered by a metal closure sheet 2 of small thickness, the assembly of the said cellular metal element 1 and of the closure sheet 2 being produced on the outer face of the bottom of at least one part of the cells.
