The present invention relates to a multi-chip light emitting device, a multi-ship light emitting device package, and a backlight unit, which can be used for display or lighting. The multi-chip light emitting device includes: a first light emitting device capable of generating light with a first wavelength; and a second light emitting device capable of generating light with a second wavelength. According to the present invention, the multi-chip light emitting device can improve color reproducibility and increase productivity. |
