PURPOSE:To achieve a good control performance in short time even when setting values are modified, by providing a means for properly stopping update operation of an update/storage means. CONSTITUTION:A speed detector 3 outputs a synchronous 2 signal (q) and a speed signal (b) based on a signal fed from a rotation sensor 2. Upon provision of the synchronous signal (q), an operating unit 5 operates a speed error between a reference signal and the speed signal. Then the speed error is combined with a value stored in an update/storage means to produce a control signal (y) and to update/store the value in the update/storage means. When the setting values are modified in step, update/storage operation is not carried out. Upon elapse of a predetermined time, update/storage operation is started. Consequently, spike speed variation immediately after variation of setting value can be converged quickly. |
