PURPOSE: To achieve a high insulation inexpensively without using a complex transformer structure or a plurality of switching elements by enabling the switching elements to repeat connecting or disconnecting an output coil winding for a capacitor in response to a clock signal. CONSTITUTION: A transformer 102 has an input coil winding 102A and an output coil winding 102B and connects an input voltage to the output coil winding 102B. A capacitor 116 is connected to the output coil winding 102B via a switching element 110 so that it can be connected to a detected input voltage via a transformer 102. Then, when a clock signal is inputted from an input terminal 122, the element 110 responds to a clock signal input and repeats connecting and disconnecting the output coil winding 102B for the capacitor 116 in response to the clock signal input, the capacitor 116 performs charging and discharging during the conduction period of the element 110 and the charge voltage changes successively to a value that matches a voltage being detected by a sensor at each cycle of the clock signal. Therefore, the output voltage of the capacitor 116 supplies a voltage that follows the input voltage. |
