摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for correcting scan timing fluctuating distortion at the time of synthesizing photographs transmitted from an artificial satellite by correcting reference timing fluctuation for starting image-pickup on the artificial satellite through the use of an earth width which has been used only for deciding the attitude of the artificial satellite. CONSTITUTION:When the command of image-pickup start is inputted to a transmitter- receiver 7 through an antenna 7 in an image-pickup device, a delay compensation circuit 12 corrects the delay time theta/omega of image-pickup start, which is obtained by dividing a difference theta in the fitting angles of the optical part 2 of a sensor and a camera 10 by a spin speed omega which a spin speed detector 6 outputs, by using the fluctuation time of a reference pulse corresponding to the earth width which has previously been recorded in a delay correction register 11 before the launch of the artificial satellite in accordance with the earth width W (an output which is obtained by shaping an output which really senses to the boundary of the earth in the optical part 2 of the earth sensor 1 in a waveform differentiation circuit 3 and generating it in an earth width detector 5). Consequently, a timer 9 image-picksup and drives the camera whenever the corrected delay time is counted up with the reference timing pulse T as a starting point.
