PURPOSE:To prevent the color blurring of a color image caused by the change of the temperature of environment by controlling the writing starting timing of plural optical writing means based on an output from a temperature detection means. CONSTITUTION:The temperature detection means 29 and 30 for detecting the temperature of the environment of a color image recorder and a timing control means for controlling the writing starting timing of plural optical writing means 17a-17d based on the outputs from the temperature detection means 29 and 30 are equipped in the recorder. Therefore, the forming position of an electrostatic latent image onto a photosensitive body can be changed according to the change of the distances among the photosensitive bodies for respective colors 14a-14d and the change of relative position between the photosensitive bodies for respective colors 14a-14d and an original carrier path caused by the expansion and contraction of the case of the color image recorder main body based on the change of the temperature of environment. Thus, the variation of a recording position and the occurrence of the color blurring caused by the change of the temperature of environment can be prevented and image quality can be improved. |
