PURPOSE:To obtain the title film having excellent (persistent) fog resistance at low temp. and water condensing property, by compounding a vinyl chloride resin, a specified mixture and a polyfluoroalkyl compd. and making a film thereof. CONSTITUTION:A mixture (B) is obtd. by mixing a compd. (a) prepd. by adding 1-30mol of alkylene oxide, pref. ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide, to a nonylphenol-formaline condensate and a sorbitan ester (b), pref. sorbitan stearate and/or sorbitan palmitate with a ratio of 1-5/9-5. 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin (A) obtd. by (co) polymerizing vinyl chloride and, if necessary, vinylidene chloride, ethylene, propylene, etc., 0.5-4pts.wt. component B and 0.01-2pts.wt. 3-20C polyfluoroalkyl compd.(C) [e.g., a compd. of the formula (wherein Rf is 3-20C polyfluoroalkyl; B is -CO-, -SO2-)] are compounded together and the mixture is formed into a film to obtain the title film whose thickness is 0.03-0.3mm. |
