Method involves culturing modified microorganism, which is modified by enhancing activity of enzymes biosynthesis of riboflavin in a microorganism of genus Corynebacterium, capable of producing of L-lysine or L-threonine, to increase production of riboflavin with preservation of production of L-lysine or L-threonine at a high level; and production of L-lysine and riboflavin or L-threonine and riboflavin by means of fermentation process.
