PURPOSE:To mix a gas with a liquid effectively by making gas bubbles fine with a reciprocally vibrating element in a gas-liquid counter current mixer. CONSTITUTION:A liquid is introduced through a liquid inlet 12 at an upper part 10a of a housing 10 and discharged from a mixed liquid outlet 16 in such a case as dissolving oxygen or ozone in water. A gas to be mixed with this liquid is introduced through a gas inlet 14 at a lower part 10b of the housing 10. As an element 20, which is driven reciprocally by a drive equipment 22, is arranged in the housing 10, the gas introduced in the liquid is turned into fine bubbles by a vertical vibration of the element 20 while ascending in the housing 10, and a considerable part of the gas is dissolved into the liquid and transferred to a mixing pipe 18 through the outlet 10 as a mixed liquid of gas and liquid. |
