PURPOSE:To reinforce the adhesive strength of the magnetic head by charging an adhesive to a reinforcing groove, cutting processing a magnetic core block, and then forming exhausting groove. CONSTITUTION:Reinforced grooves 5 and 6 are formed over the bonded part between a slider block 1 and a magnetic core block 2 and at a part corresponding to exhausting grooves 7 and 8, the reinforced grooves 5 and 6 are charged with the adhesive, a magnetic core block 2 is cutting-processed, and then the exhausting grooves 7 and 8 are formed. Thus, when the slider block 1 and the magnetic core block 2 are cutting-processed, since the reinforced grooves 5 and 6 remain, the adhesive strength between the slider block 1 and the core block 2 can be sufficiently secured, and since the reinforced grooves 5 and 6 are eliminated when the exhausting grooves 7 and 8 are formed, the bonded part is not disconnected due to an impact added in the intermediate stage of its processing. |
