<p>PURPOSE: To improve the pulverization efficiency of timber or the like by oppositely arranging two pieces of revolving shafts which rotate in synchronization with each other and fixing cutting rings having the same angle of inclination at a certain rotating angle of the revolving shafts to the outer peripheral surfaces of the respective revolving shafts. CONSTITUTION: The timber, waste plastic or the like are fed between the revolving shafts 15 and 16 from the feeding port of a casing. Both revolving shafts 15, 16 rotate reverse from each other to perform a shearing action. At this time, the cutting rings 25A, 25C facing each other execute the cutting and crushing by one time of shearing while making rotation at 180 deg. from an initial position where the rings attain the same angle of inclination. The rings also execute cutting and crushing by one time of shearing while making rotation of 180 to 360 deg.. The materials to be crushed are compressed, crushed and finely pulverized by the cutting rings 25A, 25C and are thereafter successively discharged from the discharge port of the casing. The timber or the like are cut >=2 times by one rotation of the revolving shafts 15, 16 in such a manner and, therefore, the crushing efficiency is enhanced.</p> |
