A description is given of a process for producing a floor, upon which it is possible to walk and drive vehicles, at minus temperatures, in particular for the subsequent installation of rack systems, which can be displaced on rails, in cooling blocks, frozen stores and the like. A compensation layer is optionally provided, in the dry state, on an existing load-bearing substructure and, on the substructure or the compensation layer, wooden panels formed by glued laminated boards are laid such that they butt against one another.
